Welcome to Easy Furnishing. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”, “Agreement”) carefully. By accessing or using this website and/or our services, you (“you”, “Client”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, please do not access the website or engage our services.

 

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Easy Furnishing.
  • “Services” means furniture repair, reupholstery, restoration, woodwork, carpentry, onsite services and other related services provided by us.
  • “Website” means the domain https://easyfurnishing.cloud and any sub‑domains, pages or mobile versions.
  • “Client Materials” means any furniture, items, materials provided by you.
  • “Fees” means any charges, quotes, payments as agreed with the Client.

 

2. Scope of Services

We shall provide the Services that you request and we agree to perform, under this Agreement and any service quotation or job order. Services may include inspection, repair, reupholstery, refinishing, delivery or pickup, as applicable.
All Services are subject to availability, material supply, access and your compliance with any instructions or requirements we provide.

 

3. Quotations, Payment & Fees

  • We will provide you with a quote for the Services. The quote is valid for the period stated or 30 days otherwise.
  • Payment terms: [e.g., deposit of ×% upon acceptance, balance upon completion].
  • You agree to pay all Fees, including any applicable taxes (e.g., SST / GST if applicable) or government charges.
  • We reserve the right to vary the Fees if scope or materials change; we will notify you in writing of any material variance before proceeding.

 

4. Changes, Variation & Additional Work

If you request changes after acceptance (for example different fabric, added repairs, changed schedule) we will provide you with a revised quote. Additional work will not proceed until you approve the changes and any additional Fees.

 

5. Access, Delivery & Onsite Services

For onsite Services, you must provide safe access to your premises, sufficient power, lighting, and space for our team to work.
For collection and delivery, you must properly prepare and package the furniture items or ensure access.
We are not liable for any delay or additional cost caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather, restricted access).

 

6. Client Materials & Ownership

You warrant that any furniture or materials you supply:

  • are your lawful property or you have authority to provide them;
  • are safe, structurally sound for the proposed work;
  • do not infringe third‑party rights.
    Title remains yours unless otherwise agreed. We reserve ownership of any replacement parts or materials supplied by us until payment is made in full.

 

7. Warranties & Limitations

  • We warrant that the Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with good industry practice.
  • Except for the foregoing warranty, all other warranties (express or implied) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law.
  • We do not warrant that materials supplied will match exactly unless explicitly stated; colour variations, grain variations in wood, or fabric differences may occur.
  • Our liability for any claim (in contract, tort or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Services.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or damage to reputation, whether or not caused by our negligence.

 

8. Cancellation, Refunds, Returns

  • You may cancel the Services prior to our starting work, but we may charge a cancellation fee (e.g., for materials ordered or work already commenced).
  • Once work has commenced or materials custom‑ordered, refunds will not be offered unless required by law.
  • Any claim for faulty workmanship or materials must be made in writing within [e.g., 30 days] of completion. We may request photographs or inspect the work.
  • We retain the right to inspect items before approving a claim. If the issue is due to misuse or ordinary wear-and‑tear, we may refuse or charge for repair.

 

9. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • All content on our Website (text, images, graphics, trademarks) is owned or licensed by us. Your use is limited to personal, non‑commercial browsing.
  • You must not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works of our content without our prior written consent.
  • If you supply content (e.g., images or testimonials) to us, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use them for marketing and promotion, unless you notify us otherwise.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We endeavour to keep the Website available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error‑free performance.

  • We may amend, suspend or discontinue parts of the Website without notice.

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

 

13. Amendments

We may update these T&C from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or engagement of our Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. You should review this page regularly.

 

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed to the extent of the invalidity and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

 

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement (together with any quotation, job‑order, schedule) constitutes the entire understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter herein, superseding all prior agreements or communications.
